ATX : Shop day this weekend

Been having these for a while with the Subaru crowd, and we are having one this weekend. It would be great to meet up with some of the ATX EVO crowd - please feel free to come along if you want to hang out/have anything you want to do with your car.

Dang you're right around the corner from me. I live off Crystal Falls Parkway east of 183... that's probably about 5 minutes away. I might be able to swing by, given that you're so close and all.

Well, to bad I missed it. I got started real late and just finished my sway bar links and trunk brace prototypes for the machine shop... being that I'm way down at Brodie and Slaughter...

How did it go? Who showed? Anyone going anywhere tonight?

David (MP5) showed up - there were 8 Scooby's during the day. I'll be having another one soon enough to install things like cams, cam gears and a turboback. I started installing some 6.5" components but I discovered that the factory front speakers have an integrated spacer/basket - which meant the speakers I had wouldn't fit (I took them out of my wrecked WRX). Anyone got any suggestions on where to get spacers? Or should I just hack the factory ones :devil:
