Ok OK, I will try to do this as covert as possible. A friend of mine has a truck that won't pass emissions at all and it would cost him at least a couple thousand to make it legal. Its a 90 model Chevy truck. Where in Dallas County can I go where someone might be able to hook him up for a few extra$$$?

Tell him to re-register the truck as him living in some hick out out side of the main cities. They wont require jack of him then.
