ill give you guys enough time before I get up there, AS LONG AS weather permits, there is no way ill be up there in the rain. So i guess ill try to show up there sometime around 11ish - 12 i guess.

It was raining here this morning, but not anymore.

 

yeah same here, was raining earlier, but has dried up outside alittle. I checked weather for this area today and it just states cloudy and 10% chance of precip. Sunday's weather looked excellent, but Saturday doesnt look bad either, just may not be as much sun.

 

I think I'll get an earlier start if I can (the bed magnet might not turn me loose though... ). Anyway, once at the Gap, where and when would ppl meet? I like to be in the mountains as early as possible. It' gets pretty crappy specially along the Nantahalla river before turning left on 28 to go to the gap...... If anybody wants to caravan with me earlier than 8 am. Pls PM me and lets arrange to meet somewhere along the way (I start near downtown Atlanta) I'll go up I-75..............

 

^ it would be nice to all meet up and go together, but if you want to leave a bit earlier, I think you could meet up with the friday crew at microtel.

 

well guys, today is rainy here, and temps have went down alittle bit. I can tell its alittle bit more chilly out, boost went up alittle.
Hopefull weather will be in favor.

 

Have fun everyone. I would love to go, but I trashed my brakes the Friday before New Years. I had the day off and went for a run in North Georgia. Got 4 runs up and down 60 without traffic, and then went on 180. Now I need new brakes. Good luck, and take pictures.

 

I hope there is a decent turnout of Evo's. Especially for me to travel 20-30mins for.

Leaving the parking lot by 8:30?...... I could definitely meet you guys at 8 am. I can be at the Kinkos on Barrett Parkway at 8 am. barring some unforeseen problem.

I'll call Doug or Porter when we get up there. They'll be going up and down 129 all day so I'm sure we'll run into each other. That and we'll have the radio communication. Well at least a mile.
