I got some more pix. Yeh, We started out early and nobody showed up. I was trying to meet up with the Subie people, but cellphone doesn't work up there and the radio was no good.

Anyway, got to drive the MR. That car is wild. It's very different from regular evo 8. Gears are ratio well and it's so much smoother and faster than regular evo. It felt real comfortable, very little lag and shifter shifted like butter and drove very well.

I'll put some pix up.

Well, we took some other roads and they were dry. When we were up at the dragon coming down the roads were somewhat dry.

I believe next time We'll organize something better for people to have a general meeting area. Looks like we just missed everyone by 20 minutes or so.

We ran into an idiot on a mopad. We got stuck behind for about a good 3 miles doing 10 mph. lol

anyway, next time, I'll be taking my car with some tires in March and I'll be video taping it, because Dragons'll make a good vid.

Since I know where most things are, I think the next time will be more organized and fun.

If we didn't meet this time, we could always meet next time.

Plokivos you should have waited 30 more mins and you wouldn't have missed us. We had about 14 cars with us. Man it was a blast.

yeh, I wish we've met with you guys. That would of been fun. We had a blast too. Dragon rox.

well, next time, I'm sure we'll meet up, since I know now how dragon's like and where everything is.

Dude, poker and beer after a good run. I missed out on that one.

Honestly we were thinking you guys have already gone to some other roads, since we read you guys were going to leave at 9am that morning.

Anyway, next time, definitely.

Hey, that's what the EVO is for right? The wet road was quite a good challenge for my MR I actually think that I was able to go faster in the wet roads with mt MR than I did with my '03 GSR Plokivos can tell you that the wet roads are your EVO's friend

Interesting statement. Can you describe the tactile difference between the '03 and the '05? What made you feel like you were able to go faster?

Not really, it's more like I was more "in control" the whole time..... No scary times. The car just handles the road better..... It's easier to drive faster, I don't know how else to explain it. The best thing would be to drive both cars on the same stretch of road and decide.
It might be the front LSD and the ACD, but I cannot judge that. Of course, there is the lower CG as well as the Bilsteins.... BTW, I did it with the Advans. Of course, they are very new, but still the road was very wet...

Exactly the opposite ... The fewer the poop stains, the better the car handles
