Well the good thing is we have very few events at turner field. Most of our events this year are at gwinnett county fair grounds. There will be events the next 2 weekends in a row at the fair grounds. Check our website for more info.
Yes I know the website sucks.

prosolo event might be hard to register for...
by the way, if you want to attend these events, you must pre-register.
I usually goto the AL one, because the course is about 2 as larger as the ATL one.
No 95db and below noise limit either.
That course was fairely fast. I think the last one we went to was fairely technical. less space between cones. lol

Hey Plokivos... did you pass a black evo black wheels (me) and blue STI near Atlanta the day of the auto X? I think i saw your red evo on the freeway... we were coming back from a trackday at little talladega (killing everyone)

if you keep your tire preasure up, i usually run around 40psi, it will keep them from wearing to bad on the side. if you just wanted to try it out and do one autox you would get some wear but not too much.

yeh, the tire wear isn't that bad for 1 event.
My Kumho ASX all season tires suck at the track, (it's ok, but not like a r compound tires), but not at all wear on them after 4 events.
J and P is gonna join us on the 24th Porsche event at Gwnette faireground event.
I'll make another post for it.
Eventually the EVO GA will have our own auto x.

Do I get points for the Viper GTS-R kill? ;)
Check the Street Tire class.

Of course, while I own a new Evo RS, I would NEVER subject it to such warranty-risking activities, so my card reports a white STi.

hey grey, had a great time at the event, the course was pretty challenging and everyone was really cool. i'll keep an eye on your schedule for another road trip. can't wait to see the car run fully tuned, it's already a beast!
