You know what would shut them all and up some pics of your hot wife wearing nutthing but the sub 10sec time slip from your car. Then the mods would "dead" the thread and you would have the last word.

true for the tranny, I know people who shot tranny parts through the hood, but not the diffs. but why rebuind to stock specs I want to bang gears and high rpm launch and get better times.

Sheps basic rebuild is good enough. Im happy with mine. I don't have a need for anyof those since my shifting is good enough and the gearing is perfect for our cars. Now if you have a quite high HP car than maybe the final drive might help out, but for street driven cars IMO its a waste.
its not street driven and the hp #s are around 450

Buschur is also using the stock tc(open diff) on his 03 and that car has over 1000hp

With 450whp its strong enough....IMO i would scrap that turbo kit or have somebody make you a custom manifold b/c greddy sux, this has to be the 100th time i've heard of their t67 mani cracking.
Also get rid of the Utec, mine is comming out on friday and i'll be running off the ECU(MUCH BETTER) b/c of pretty much what dryad concluded in a previous post

timeslip up yet? if it is can someone tell me which page it is at?

by the way, if you guys want to really find out who's a good driver or not, why not do a track time challenge?

That really prove how well around the car is at the same time how good of a driver you are.

I have a buddy with a beat up Camero Z28 SS that he bought for $6000, he cam it, cam gears, exhaust and intake, with a tune, and few trick suspension mods (detroit lockers on the rear, lowered) and it could probably blow everyone alway on the straight from the DIG.

what I'm trying to say is that drag racing is just one part of the racing, where track time challenge lets people know how good you really are.

just a thought to add to this thread.
