That's because U were in lane 1 & 2 and they will notice if ur not wearing a helmet when everyone on those 2 lanes are, If U don't have a helmet stay on the stock car lanes 3-5 and they usaually don't mess with U. Barely no one is wearing helmets on 3-5 and hopefully u'll just blend in.....HOPEFULLY

And the helmet thing, a while ago it was if you ran 12.99 or faster you needed a helmet, now its like 13.99. They just don't really enforce it. I brought my helmet everytime I went, and only one day they told me I had to wear it.

if you run 13.49 you will need a helmet it doesn't matter what lane you r running, if the old guy is at lights he will ask you for a helmet but if is any of the young guys they don't pay attention.
there is a BP or Racetrack gas station after you pass the 408 on 50, we can meet there. Now for the million dollar question What time?

Good meeting you guys. I can finally put faces with names. I was a little upset with my first 2 runs and had the car parked for a while trying to figure out what was wrong. And I figured it out. The clutch has to be very warm for it to slip enough to get a decent launch. Now that I have that figured out Im sure I will get better with time.

I know I was in the 13's the first 2 runs and all I really wanted was a decent launch and a good 60', almost there...

R/T .454
60' 1.777
330' 5.089
1/8 7.754
MPH 90.83
1000 10.053
1/4 11.960
MPH 117.69

It can only get better, see you all tonight.

Good meeting U man. 11.960 at 117.69 , damn I'm just happy to have gotten into the mid twelves last night. I'm thinking of getting me one of those clutches. Question, what do U mean by saying that the clutch had to be very warm to get a decent launch? Just so I can get some pointers on what to look forward to. Wait a minute here......U were the one that everybody was trying to look for. All I heard was, somebody with a blue evo ran an 11.9, and we all tryed looking for U. Good run.....
