I talked with John today and it appears that the date will be March 3rd. He is still working on getting things solidified. But the only date it can be would be the first weekend in March. If that doesnt work out, then the next dates are going to be in April or May. How does March 3 work for everyone?

I will update the 1st post to show the proposed date.
