but just to give you guys a heads up.. this isnt like a HUGE meet or anything.. just something us capitol city guys are testing out to do weekly..so it may be 5 of us... may end up being 15..who knows

shiz...I just seen this. Actually, I may have a legit bye....I'm starting the install NOW!!!!!!!! Blouch called, they got the turbo and should have it back to me by next Fri. I'm ripping out the radiator in about 2 seconds...
I will make one of these damn meets yet.
I'm picking up some of that Castrol Syntorq tranhy fluid fro MilSpec. I've read great things about it, and my 2nd gear is soooo notchy...I'll let you know how it works out.

Not yet. It's pretty straight fwd. I'm taking the turbo/mani/o2 out as a whole. There's no reason to separate it. So basically, that comes out, DP swap, route wastegate hoses and oil/coolant lines and wait for the turbo to show up.
**of course I say that, and then a bolt will snap off, I'll not have a correct tool...or something like that. I'll txt you in a bit if you wanna stop by.

It's not my DD. I want to take the turbo from the UPS guy, bolt up 8 bolts and be ready to go.
Plus I'm going to change the tranny fluid. Basically i'm bored b/c shiz is closed from the storm and the gf is working...hahahahahaha
