Install underway...everything came out fine. I think a disgruntled employee installed both my o2 sensors. When I did the cat a while back, that sucker didn't want to budge...and the one now, in the o2 housing was the same. Thanks to Pat for the extra hand getting that bish out!

mine didnt look like it was going to fit either.. the 02 sits right against the back of the a/c compressor... i told you it is A TON easier.. to put the mani/turbo/02together then bolt it to the head

 

+100000 put the whole thing togheter before and then just drop it

 

Yeah...I hear ya...I'm just mocking things up. Nothing is bolted in.

It's hitting the backside of a compressor heat shield. the way it bolts up to the wastegate, the piping comes out and does an immediate bent. With the mani bolted up it won't fit into place. I attached the dump to the wg and tried re-fitting, and no go either. It may fit if I remove the heat shield looking thing.
