No, It was initially. We checked the ppwk and fixed that prob. No hoses blew off. It's the perrin inline mbc. I plumbed it between the turbo outlet nipple and the wastegate, like any other. The weird thing is, you can crank the mbc ALL the way in, and it will max out at 20 psi.
Now the new prob is it's reverted to what seems like wg pressure...

Yeah, I want to swap a diff. one in there just to rule out an potential fix.
I'm still trying to figure out why/how they used 2 boost solenoids on the turbo. The hose runs from the turbo outlet AND wastegate to the solenoids. It's 1 hose. Nothing goes back to the wg. How the heck does that regulate boost if it's seeing constant boost pressure from the turbo outlet?

There is the typical barb on the turbo outlet, and one on the wg. The stock setup runs a hose from the turbo outlet TO the wg, THEN to the solenoids. The solenoids then bleed air back into the intake pipe. It's almost like the solenoids bleed air, like an mbc, but back into the intake and that's what's controlling boost.

^^ haha, whatcha up to nowadays?
My boost leak confirmed the stocker starts leaking a small ammount at just 9psi. It's not really bad, if you put your hand over the port, it stops it. But none the less..it leaks. =fail

I know, that's why I asked about your bov!
I thought up another hose routing method for the X's mbc. The turbo/wg hose to the inlet of the mbc, and the outlet to the intake pipe. That's my best understanding of how the stock solenoids are plumbed in..

hahah..He's gonna be at the dyno day. You can check it out for yourself. Seriously, it seems soooo simple. The turbo outlet is 8" from the wg barb. I plumbed it between the two, and now it's back to wg pressure with the mbc maxed out.
