Side note: what do most of you guys do for your 60k maint? A local evo owner here is due on a totally stock evo. Dealer quoted almost 2 grand for the maintenance!!!???

thats about right pimp...

timing belt, water pump, tensioner/pulleys, diff flushes, trans change, coolant flush... hell thats actually kinda cheap..

you guys gotta remember, you are used to what We (and the rest of shops on here) charge for installs.. when u have a acuta; "shop" they are going by book labor time...

i am betting a timing belt/water pump on a evo pays around 3-4 hrs...

hell that is around 400 bucks right there just in labor
