hey guys, awhile back I installed a Forge WGA in the X, Bob aslo previoulsy had installed the Perrin MBC, well with the mbc turned down all the way I was still boosting to 26 psi or higher, so finally after a few over boosts and tired of not having a tune, I took the MBC off today, the car still hits 25-26 psi, but it doesnt spike to it and cause limp mode or any problems, I also installed the AMS intake heat/fan shied whatever you wanna call it, and it has infact done its job and help fixed the damn engine idel issue

i bet when you installed the wastegate, the arm was tightened down to much... so when the boost hits, its not opening as easy as it should so its holding more boost. Unscrew the arm a few turns and try that

the only way to tell is to hook a vacuum pump to it, then pump it until the wastegate opens. That PSI is what its internally set at with no tension. Or, you can send it off to Forge, they will check it out for you. Just tell them you are having issues with it. Have them check out the spring color and see which one is in there. Tell them you want the 15 psi spring i think it is.

What's goin on? I ain't been on here in a minute! I did learn a life lesson, don't let your wife drive your car, even if it is just a lil slow *** lancer! lmao! she was trying to get out of the way of some moron and ran up on a curb, thus cracking my front bumper, rear bumper, and passenger side taillight! I was glad she was ok, but I paid for all of that work on the car out over straight up overtime hours! So its chillin in my yard until I can cope! lmao! How y'all doin btw?

holy f**K!!!!!!!!! I just went and looked around again. And way down in the back by the VSS...(that sensor that naps into the backside of the trans) there's like a 1/2" bolt laying there!!!!!!!! WTF....I'm so F-in pissed. I thought bc they were a new, clean shop the work would be good. I could have paid a local run down shop here 1/2 the $$ and they would have prob at least put all the bolts back in.

I'm calling them tomorrow, asking for a full refund. I have to now go back, re-trace ALL their steps and figure where this bolt came from. Then double check all their work since they obviously can't be trusted....I swear, I am so f---- pissed....I'm shaking. They're lucky they aren't open today....

I would say it's a 14. I don't see a red dot on it. I didn't remove it yet bc I want Nat speed to see their shotty mechanics work. I also crawled under the car and found a 17 that goes into the tcase. It was loose as could be. I could remove it by hand. wtf kind of shop is that?

I'm freaking out bc if they can't get huge a** bolt in the right place, I would have to think others are fuqqed. I also think the drivers side on the trans motor mount now is outta wack. It's not centered in the mount like it was before and it looks like the rubber inside is stretched and pulling out. WTF. I shoulda done it myself.

wastegate goes to the center of the MBC, and turbo goes to the bottom

if you are looking to buy one, what you looking for ?
