Praise the lord we now have internet access at my FOB. Those pics brought tears to my eyes. 6993 miles, crap that is low. I just found out last night that I am advanced party so I will be home later this month. Never mind the Red, ported BBK Full here I come. Instant responses to my emails and he said at max I will wait two weeks. That thing is so mine.
I hope Mitsu has good news for you, I don't remember everything you had done but I thought it was very mild. See you guys sooner than I thought.

Yes sir! Sooner is better than later. I hear ya...CBRD ftw. He will talk to you like a person on the phone, answer every question for you, and set you up with what YOU want. Ben, you sending in your turbo or doing a core? I can get your turbo out in record time and get that sucker sent off for you. Just let me know! I think it says 2 weeks max turn around on sending in your core. No 6 month FP wait. boo

Luke, You should start a whole new thread in the EVO X threads on here about your engine, post all findings, and follow up stuff from the dealer. It may prove valuable information for others. You may have already done this though..so disregard if you did. :-)

looks like its gonna be a new motor from mitsu! They called today asking me if i was downshifting or upshifting, and that that question didnt effect my warrenty, and i asked if there was a timeline and the service manager said, its still processing, but it didnt sound like it was something i was gonna have to cover, lets keep our hopes up!!

I'm going to buy it straight up. No need to take it out. My wife sent a picture of Emma and Maggie in the garage and I saw the front end of the Evo. One word is all I can say, NAAAAASSSSSSSTTTTTYYYYYYY. That thing is covered in dust.

I told you!! Cool, I guess you could always sell your stock turbo to make up some cheddar. Let me know and I can go clean it up for you. Yeah, it's COVERED in dust. Your front left tire was very low, not flat, but low so I juiced it up with some air too...You have a date of return yet?

holy hell. I go on leave and miss the evox blowing up damn....sorry to hear of your troubles luke. I know what it is.......If you would have went with Buschur parts instead of AMS you would have been good. J/K

but have their been any others yet with this happenning to them? wondering really what might have caused that to happened. Those pieces really look like the metal pulled apart and not just snapped off. That makes me think their might be a serious flaw in them.

Dont let those asses change just the engine. They are going to have to replace the oil cooler also. You will have metal frags all in it.

You can do that whenever you can, if you can. Should be back by the third week of this month. I went to TireRack yesterday put the tires in my cart and since the credit card is at home Amanda is supposed to finish the order for me.
