Yeah, I never bought the Forge RS because of reading threads about it bucking and stuff under part throttle. Was thinking synapse, but never bought one yet because I was waiting on more reviews of it holding boost, and how to fine tune the tension spring.

jesus, u shoulda said something. Ill take my own personaly forge RS off of my car when you come back to the dyno. When you see it holds boost better and there is 0 that is ZERO driveability issues with it, then you can buy it cause i dont need it anymore

But just to throw one in there for Bob's side. My stocker was holding up to 31 psi up until I took it out just to be safe. By the way Bob the Synapse would be perfect for you, easy adjustments if they are even needed.

Yeah, like the best turbo...spools at 1500rpm and hits 40psi by 2k. lol
Ben, I'd like to bench test your bov to see what it holds. I built a small leak tester for mine, that's how I know it leaks. I'd be curious to see what your's holds.
Well, Today turned into a HUGE project. After leak testing & discovering the meth nozzle leaking, I found out that the compressor cover on the turbo was leaking air when you got up to 25 psi or so. Long story short, I pulled the entire turbo kit....manifold, licp, o2 housing, oil lines/coolant lines then the turbo. I called Blouch turbo & they suggested pulling the cover and using rtv to seal the seam of the comp. cover. I did all that & reinstalled everything in about 3 hours. My hands are cut to h*ll & I don't want to look at that thing for like 3 days... lol

Yeah, I know..i guess it's a band aid. I don't know what to do about it...it's not a huge leak, I had to use water to locate where it was coming from..but a leak none the less. Blouch said Garrett machines the surfaces to seal, & I've never noticed it before.
