I know...that's why I'm surprised. The only thing we did, (other than intake) I had Ben put his MAF settings on mine b/c were running the same intake. I may try to meet up with him, put those back to what they were with a drop in.

Oh yeah, I turned the boost down 6 clicks just to be careful. It dropped from about 24psi to 22 something but I don't see that affecting cruising afr's.

I think all you need to do is have Jason work his magic. Your car will be fine until then. I had all my stuff on my car for a little while until I could get a tune. Nothing happened to it. Bob let me know if you need any assistance.

As far as the intake goes I don't know what it is about the ETS intakes. My car ran fine, meaning idle and cruise When I was just running the stock tube with cone filter. Bought my ETS intake put it on and it hasn't been running right since then. I'm assuming it just needs to be tuned a little but it really pisses me off when I come to a stop and my car almost dies. I guess will see what come of it during the tuning.

Speaking of tuning, Jason how much is the cost of the Dyno again?

Ben, holla and let me know when is a good time to come and test out that pod. Going to radio shack today and picking up all the things I need to make the logging cable. I'll stop by and pick up 2 of those cable from best buy as well. You don't have one yet do you?

Bigric09...I can get the cams installed out my way here this week. Is the car driveable with them installed and no tune?....just no boost/crazy driving right? If so, I may jump on it and try to make the Feb 2nd tuning day.

Yes it will be fine,..... it will loose alot of vaccum at idle so it may try to idle down adn act like it is gonna cut off.. you will just have to give her some gas every once in a while. i drove mine for about a month without a tune. you will be fine.
Let us know if we can do anything for you./

dyno cost is 125... now here is the deal. If we are just doing a dyno day, from what they told me... we need 10 people for sure with deposits paid in order to lock in a rate of like 50 bucks for 3 pulls, no tuning involved. If we have a couple people that want to get tuned, then we will only be able to schedule maybe 5 people or so for the whole day. Right now, ive got 2 local guys that are going to need a tune, maybe 1 if we dont get this damn grey one finished. Im thinking that we have a buttload of guys that need tunes right now. Off the top of my head, Jeo needs a tune, wont have his clutch in... truong needs a tune, but his car may not be done. Justin just wants a couple passes, id say 1 on pump at 27psi and then his 2 on c16. Carlos, and then the jacksonville crew coming down that needs adjustments. So, to me, that is 4 tunes and 2 dyno guys. We are going to have to get started early. The tunes wont take long for the Jville guys because it is just adjusting for the most part. Probably need 6 passes at most. the silver one i can put off until monday if i have to, if its even done. The yellow one im going to try during the week. ... either way just give me a for sure count of who is coming and who needs what and we will schedule it out.

Don't worry about the cable, I picked one up after seeing Bob yesterday. I froze my sack off again at work. This **** is getting ridiculous.

I'd do a dyno day, maybe not for the Evo since it's all stock but I need one for my VR-4. Subscribing to the post for more info.

holy sh*tballs...majestic here in jville wanted 450-500 just to install the cams. ECP quoted me 225. That's a little price diff huh? ECP has already done at least 2 other ix's with no problems...so i'm gonna go with them.
