Also, does anyone know where I can find just the Magnaflow muffler like Buchur has (the quieter one)? This Apexi isn't THAT loud, but I hate the sound. Way too high pitched for me.

Edit: nevermind found it. $250 for just the tip seems like a bit much.

SRT- I think I just ran into your brother at the bottom end of western. White supra, I hollared at him and asked if his bro had an evo so I figured it had to be your brother. His supras pretty nice, i concur about the 6k HID's he has too, they do look pretty nice.

^ Yeah that was him. He mentioned it to me a little while ago. He'll probably be bringing that out to the Wednesday meets. Haven't seen you out there yet.

The car just got back on the road today. Has brand new tires finally. Putting in the mbc and boost gauge probably Wednesday. Then converting the car to run in true twin mode.

It sucks that he has the exact same muffler on his car that I do, but his car sounds SO much nicer!!

I'll probably be there as well, but not in my Evo as it's sitting in my garage without injectors in it.

this is luke, and i know it works really well, but we have two boost solenoids on the X and the ecu i have been told really works well controlling the boost, i called aem and they said i need to work around the other solenoid, unless you have some really good pointers for me

My fault i get you two mixed up all the time,

PM Babi crewdawg130. he has had some very good results tuning on the stock x BCS

Dan, if you dont want to spend alot of money for a muffler buy a 3" resonator and have it welded inline with the existing exhaust. I welded a magnaflow resonator in on Matt55's exhaust on his IX and it made a GREAT improvment on it. IMO sounded a TON deeper think it cost him 60 bucks and i think i charged him 40 or something to weld it in. looked OEM

got a problem, i got dan's opinion but lookin for a second/ third/ more lol.

In 3rd and 4th gear, when accelerating at 3k rpm it seems to rev up to 4k fast then hold as the mph catches up to where the rpm should be... seems like the clutch is slipping but y would that be only those 2 gears?

I threw the P0172 code myself after about 20 minutes of driving.

Any openings for Saturday Justin? I don't really feel like driving around with this much fuel. My Wideband is all over the place. As low as in the 12's at idle and sometimes goes all the way up to 20. It's crazy!!
