Man seems to be a lot more evos up there now then when I was there two years ago. You guys would hate me if I took my car up there now with my civ div money lol.

 

Hey, I posted on here a few months back when I was in Iraq. I'm in Cherry Point and have a 05 WW Evo. I figured I'd jump on here and say hi again since I'm just sitting around at Don Williamson getting my calipers replaced for fade and have nothing else to do. (they got them for me in less than a week with no questions asked) I'll have to keep an eye out on this thread and meet up with you guys sometime.

Damn....good to see you guys checking in. We all have to have a bigger meet up sometime! We usually only get 4-5 guys out. We usually do Wed. nights at either Best Buy or Dunkin' off western blvd. Keep your eyes on this thread to see if we are all meeting up!

BTW: Track days have been moved to FRI nights to midnight maddness!......hint hint

 

All I need to go to the track in the VR-4 is a clutch and some fine tuning ahhh can't wait. What are we doing this weds? About getting the calipers replaced how do I do that? I bought the Evo up at Don Williamson a couple months ago is it too late for me to get that done?

 

Do you need them? They will replace them if they are fading. Nick got one done a while back.

I got them done. They ordered me a new wing too because my UV coat is starting to flake off.

There was a guy here with a blue 8 that had "dlance" on his licence plate and a gg 9 MR, but I haven't seen either since I have been back from the sand box. There is a silver 8 that I passed by a few times recently though.

 

We will most likely meet tomorrow at 700-730(1900-1930) at Best Buy's parking lot. Will send you a text if we are going or if it is cancelled. As long as the weather holds out I think we should be good.

Yes I think I would need them not sure if the dealer would agree but hey what's the worse they can say no. I will bring it by the dealer sometime this week to see what they say. I will be at the meet probably with the VR-4 might go up to rice night at roses.
