It all depends on your mod level really and your desires for end-state.
The ETS intakes are pretty solid and I will GUARANTEE you find a cheaper price than this guy
A lot of BOVs on the market will give you drivability issues if they aren't selected properly. The Tial QR is great as long as you have the correct spring in it. The stock IX bov is usually good for most evos. If you are looking for the loud sound, then I'd suggest you bring the car to us, we will set you up with an SD tune and you can run whatever blow off valve you want... again, cheapest rates around
