i love being with my family but we only got about 1.5-2 inches up here in NOVA. Super slippery stuff but nowhere near what we are getting in Raleigh from what I'm hearing.

A lot of BOVs on the market will give you drivability issues if they aren't selected properly. The Tial QR is great as long as you have the correct spring in it. The stock IX bov is usually good for most evos. If you are looking for the loud sound, then I'd suggest you bring the car to us, we will set you up with an SD tune and you can run whatever blow off valve you want... again, cheapest rates around
