Nice I used to go up there all the time with my Dad in his 66 vette when I lived in Fuquay. They came a long way. Used to be just like 5-10 cars. Maybe I will get to drive my chevelle out there one day

for multiple reasons, 1) I really wanna start shaving weight off the ssl but dont wanna ruin such a nice interior, especialy with the way i keep it (no food, drinks, smokes, rear passegners, or fat chicks), and 2) white evo on black rims ::sex::.....but on the weekend i got the chance to take her out, met up atthe weekly import/demostic car meet and had the chance to run against 2 suprcharged stangs and that erased the thought of selling her anymore..lol
upcoming plans; fix the lil hit i got, swap hotsides, put on coilovers, maybe S3's or tomei280's then retune (possibly e85). I will keep u guys posted!

E-85 kick *** man. Go for it. I made 425/450 on it. I contemplating selling my as well and getting a different one then said screw it. My car has no motor/drivetrain/interior. ABS is gone. Might just leave it like that. Haha.

Yeah Ali you need to forget those thoughts of getting rid of your car. That thing is nice AND fast. Besides, it probably won't ever be the fastest car in that scene anyway.

dont forget the bigger IC, SS piping vs the light stock aluminium, and bigger SS exhaust......etc, u do the math! however, some also say, more power will compensate for that! but after 7pm on a nice sunny day, the sunroof is worth it...lol ....tough to balance them all!

Most 3 inch exhaust systems are lighter then stock...PS my car is around 3300 with me in it...not too bad...I have some other things I plan on doing to drop another 40lbs+ out of the car...I would like to get the car around 3250 with me in it before doing a light weight center member, 2 piece driveshaft, mustache bar, solid rear diff mounts, cf hood & trunk, etc....Also I will still keep AC, PS & ABS

I'll get some pics up when I get my comp fixed. Damn viruses. It's pretty bare, block, trans, t case are all gone. Seats are gone. Dash is out. Looks good. Haha. It will be a slow work in progress. Only thing I've done to it so far is ABS removal kit, got the ffp head, other small bolt ons. Sending my drive shaft to AWD tomorrow for an aluminum one. Debating powder coating brembos or ordering some Willwoods.

I'm one to talk. I sold one Evo for another, on the same day no less! Of course, I went from a pretty fast VIII to a slower IX MR... but that is besides the point!!!!

Now that I have my white car, I do not plan on selling it. Just need to mount up my CBE, sort my suspension, and get a tune. I can't wait!
