Actually I've seen slightly the opposite out here in (well in Atlanta). When the used car market was in the tank people with very thin wallets were picking Evo's up. Then realizing what it took to maintain or make them faster and either a) Took the cheap easy route and now have a ticking time bomb or b) have a half broken Evo they can't do anything with or have sold it and moved back to a cheaper platform.

As for the meet I'm totally flexible on the date but we need to just set something in stone since there seems to be a ton of interest. 3 years is a long time to go without having a meet with >25-30% attendance lol. I really like the park idea because it will be a great photoshoot location. We could set it up around the June C&C and plan on having a group drive to the park afterwards. That way if people can't/don't want to drive all the way to brier creek they can hit up the park south of Raleigh. Also June is a ways off so the people working Saturday can try and work it into the schedules (aka doctors appointment, contractor working on the house, delivery of crucial wingding, etc)

+1 on feedback on the MAP block and turbo Nick. If/when I ever make it to that point I'm interested in the MAP block as well.
That sounds like a pretty good plan for the meet. Cars and Coffee followed by lunch and a meet at the park should be pretty good. Hopefully everyone can go ahead and start planning for this! Mark your calendar folks

I think we really ought to shoot for after the cars n coffee in June. Meet up at the park around noon to have a cookout lunch get-together. Those that want to meet at brier creek we could caravan together from there to the park. I'll volunteer to bring some hot dogs and buns. Someone else want to get burgers, another chips, another soda, etc? Do it pot-luck style.
