I was able to get them all out by heating the bolts, drill thru them ~ 1/4'', then use a cutting wheel to create a notch then a chisel/hammer to turn them.

Hey Guys! I wasn't sure were to post this and hope I don't get jumped on for posting it here . I've been looking at an evo 8 that a used dealership has on capital blvd. The history says the car has been registered in Raleigh and Durham since 03 besides the 2 years in was in FL. It's a red 2003. I was wondering if anyone may know the previous owner or someone who's gotten rid of theirs within the last few months. Since he's not selling it and the dealer is I was trying to get in touch with him and ask some questions. Thanks so much!
