All Atlanta and surrounding area EVO'S we will be having our third
Atlanta Evo meet on November15th at Dave & Busters at Gwinnett Place Mall. Time to be determined but we have previously gotton together around 11:00am but have found it a bit late to go on a mountain drive afterwards so everyone please let me know if you will be able to come and what time will work for you and if you would like to go on a drive to the mountains also,so we can pick a time that will work for everyone.

I am about 2 hrs away in SC but I could prob come down in my Tarmac Black Evo.The mountain roads here are Sweet though.

 

Awwwww... cant we have it at the Marietta Dave&Busters? It's our turn this time.

 

I don't do Gwinett meets. Too far, and traffic sucks in that area. I am sure it will be a great meet though. Be sure to get photos!

 

I'm afraid I have to work that Sunday. I'll hook up with you guys one of these days!

Where do we plan to drive?

IF we want to run in Dahlonega..then starting at Andretti's makes more sense. I'd also like to get up around 7:30 - and not have to worry about the traffic. Maybe take some radios (I have two). There are some nice back roads we can take (instead of 400) up to the mountains..

 

Where is Andretti's
Last time we went up to Suches 180&129 and I believe 60.

 

If anyone else has a good suggestion for an alternate meeting site please let me know.I only said Dave&Busters due to all who where meeting on the first two meets thought it would be a good commom location that everyone new how to get to Gwinnett Place.

 

Smokin Joe the radios sound like a good idea that way we can let others know about slow traffic. Ill try to pick some up also what kind do you have.

Since some of us will be coming up that way maybe we can meet you up in North Ga if you cant make the trip down to our meeting point.

 

sounds good to me.The roads up this way are more suitable for a nice ride anyways.Just keep me informed, so is it on sat 15 or sun 16th ?

Only problem with Sunday guys is all the Sunday drivers coming up to the mountains to the see the leaves changing colors. So Saturday I think would be better.

 

I agree with Saturday. I've seen about the same amount traffic on either day. It truly depends on when you leave. Anytime after 9am and you're in for a haul.

There is another hwy off the mountain pass that is absolutely a blast to drive in. I'll put together a route this weekend.
