Cool man. I'll probably just shoot Robbie a text tomorrow and see what he says. My buddy is real picky about his tuners so he said as long as this accessport thing goes well (and along with my recommendation) he's definitely going to take the car to you guys for a tune. I'm not familiar with Robbies tuning with Subaru's, but relayed that my experience so far has been top notch for my Evo.

good deal and we certainly appreciate it. Obviously every car is different and you do not tune subies the same way as evos but from my understanding Robbie is one of the best cobb tuners on the east coast. They send him alot of beta stuff for updated models to test. I think he was just using a version of cobb for '10 wrx's that isnt even out yet

Yeah my buddy said he was looking through Robbie's posts on NASIOC and said he knows his ****.I can imagine the Subaru's are vastly different as far as tuning is concerned. My friends main concern is the safety. Unlike some he actually does not like his cars to run rich. He said the Japanese tuners were pussies when it came to tuning and that they tune in WAY too much safety. Like something like mid 10's or below AFR's up top. He's had to deal with that for 3 years so he's ready for a change haha.

If safety is his main concern, then the stock 10's AFR are definitely on the safe side lol I had a buddy back home who used to run the Cobb Access Port and never had any issues with it though that I'm aware of.

No Sir, I will still be rocking a 100k timing belt! I probably wont even drive my EVO. She's on garage duty until I change the belts.

Actually safety is not his concern. That's the problem in Oki is that they are too safe. I'm not too worried about it. I have faith that Robbie will get his car set up!!
