I am gauging interest for a Jacksonville meet for NC. At least 5 evo's and no limit on other tuner type cars (subies and such).

Place: Jacksonville chili's
Time: 1100
Who: any tuners (subies and such) preferably evos
After action: find an empty parking lot for meet and great/photos (probably behind the mall)

alright guys we have 4 evo's and so far 1 non evo. this meet is a go. JTouss are you good with coming to havelock?

Yea that shouldn't be an issue. It will depend in the time really, the wife and I have plans early evening on the 30th. Im still trying to get a hold of ch53avitech to see it he wants to join us. Plus my cousin is stationed in cherry point. He may want to come, he has a 427r mustang he will want to show off. He wont admitt that i spanked him at the track though!!! Lol.

I have talked to a few people and told them that we will make our monthly meets on a weekday. What day would work best for everyone?

Example is Tuesday at 1900. That way we can switch between Jville and CP and everyone can still make it. If you would rather have Wednesday or whatever this is the time to say it. You guys are the original members.

 

I'll spread the word to other people. Tuesdays seem as good as anyother day of the week. Just a suggestion, but shouldn't we at least keep it forced induction at least. I wouldn't want this club taken over by Hondas with exhaust.

 

i totally agree.

Although as of right now I am only passing out flyers to forced induction cars, to include colbolts. but if it doesn't take off we would have to expand. the only non evo we have right now is a turbo'd tc. I talked to a dude with a colbolt today that seem interested but have yet to get an email from him. I just really want this to take off, if no only so i don't look like an *** to the people i have asked to sponsor us, but just so we have a nice event every month to look forward to.

 

Ill spread the word also!! I got a buddy with a boosted Sunfire! Im sure he would be down!!

And yes, I agree that Tuesday would be just as good as any other weekday!!
