im sure and i hope everyone that is attending this event has checked up on this thread and is fully aware of whats going on , for everyone cruising together no worries on how to get there i have a gps and can lead , but for guys that will have to go solo here are some maps and directions for you to go by

From: Toronto
- QEW West (towards Niagara) over Burlington Skyway Bridge
- Exit at Centennial Parkway and turn right (Centennial Parkway turns into
Hwy. 20 - stay on for approx. 31 km)
- Follow Hwy. 20 (Hwy. 20 turns into Hwy. 56) to Hwy. 3
- Turn right on Hwy. 3 (at the Shell Gas Station - stay on for approx. 9
km), follow through the town of Cayuga and over the Grand River bridge
- Turn left on Kohler Rd.
- Follow Kohler Rd. for approx. 5 km and turn left into Toronto
Motorsports Park (approx. 30 min. from QEW exit)

not sure how many , some guys are going to go straight to 403 n dundas , and some are gonna meet at kc and cruise to 403

at kc it will be in the chapters parking lot

This is a must read for everyone attending this event - read very carefully

friday july 24th 2009

car n driver price - 20 $
spectator price - 10 $
run time - 7pm - 11pm
tech inspections - yes ( every car must complete a tech inspection )
liscence required - g2
can our club set up our own races - yes

if your car is 13.99 or quicker your required to wear a helmet ( evo guys )
if you drive a convertible you are required to wear a helmet

your allowed a passenger , the passenger must be 18 years of age or older , if your car is 13.99 or quicker no passenger is allowed ( evo guys )

lets not act like idiots out there , lets make a good impression so we can increase our chances of working with the park for future events and getting club discounts at the park in the future

the official meet spot for this event will be 403 n dundas for 4 pm , we will leave 403 n dundas at 430-445 due to traffic , its better to be early then late

some east guys will be meeting at kc in the chapters parking lot for 230 pm , we must leave kc at 3 to make it to 403 n dundas by 4

i would highly reccomend exchanging numbers so no one will get lost or left behind , we dont want to lose anyone in traffic , if we do then they should be able to get in contact with other members so we can wait and they can catch up , there is always cops by the park and on the 403 so keep in mind its not a race to get there

if anyone wants to exchange numbers do it with pms so the wrong people wont get your number
