Does your "bypass" involve splicing wires?? Because that will definitely void some warranty. I know some who went that route. Another option if you don't mind would be to buy h11 wire harness and 9006 wire harness and splice the two together so your DRL's run as fogs, then switch your fog's on and on turn the Low's with HID. Saying as your not splicing factory wires you void no warrant and you could always go back to stock.

no splicing necessary, otherwise i would not have done it. my entire setup is all plug and play. unfortunately my pics dont show the bypass but all it is is a cable which plugs from the relay to the stock headlight plug. I dont know all the names, but it plugs into the stock 9006 plug. i might have a better pic i took while installing it. i'll have a look.

Ok, here it is. So as you can see, the bypass plugs from the relay harness into the brown stock 9006 plug... and Voila.. no more DRL's and no flicker.
There is a How To floating around out there on how to make the bypass for any of you who are Electrically inclined, but I am not, which in turn is why I bought mine from someone who is. As far as I know its some resistors and a capacitor and some other junk in there. LOL. Hope this helps guys.
