Just picked up my Injen 2.4L CAI Today from JRP and this weekend will be the install date to get my calipers, rear mudflaps, taillights tinted and the intake installed ...
I hope mother nature is forgiving this weekend

Im running CVT though ... I got the Sprintbooster installed so that might be a bit of a leverage .. lol
I know everyone is curious regarding the amount of gains vs the 2.0L, hopefully we can conduct a test and get the actual numbers out of the hat.
Cheers

Nice - can't wait to hear if there is a difference with the 2.0 Injen CAI.

This is shady, I just spent a good ten minutes with my write up and I lost the page.. oh well
Nevertheless, it's finally installed, The Injen 2.4L CAI that is.. and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Just an FYI, you can't cheat and try to work around the front bumper. (Refer to AJ Pierce How to's in the How to section) It has to come off period especially if you have a GTS because you need to relocate the Oil filter. It took me the whole day (atleast 4 hours) and this was my first CAI install. If you take your time, you will like the results in the end, definitely rewarding especially if you do it on your own. Yes, just a pair of hands will do.
I included some pics, the one right below is the slideshow and the rest are single shots,

My situation is different regarding the cost as per my previous post....
JRP's shipment will be arriving sometime this week. (check every Tuesday and Thursday) When I picked this up last week, Steve from JRP said retail will be in the $400 mark more or less plus tax. It helps if you're a returning customer or have a previous history with them for the price to be flexible. My recommendation is to built that with them and the rest will follow as far as pricing goes.
Damn, this baby roars better than stock and I'm running stock exhaust still... However, I'm yet to feel any significant gains ... but later today with my trip down to Buffalo airport, it will be tested for sure!
Hope this helps

I installed mine yesterday and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. I did it without taking off the bumper, but mine's manual. Took around 1.5 - 2 hrs.
Def notice a difference in the low end. The car is a lot more responsive and doesn't have as much of that low end bog.

where did you get it from? and for how much?
i was quoted $510 +tax from JDM-P.
quoted $450 +tax from JRP.
autocityimports for USD $341 +$30 shipping +tax,duty,etc.
prices are crazy.
