a park with a huge parking lot would be ideal for this meet since it won't be just TLC/TEN who will be on this event.
I still haven't heard anything about this. I would try to reach out to whoever is organizing this on TM3 and will try to get some news by next week. (even if it means I have to register on their forum)

Update:
So, I already pitched idea (or re-pitched since imamamasboy already talked to some of them at the decal pick-up) to TM3 - got a couple of responses that they're down - so, it's lookin' good so far.
I will try to get the ball rollin' a lot faster and give you guys the 411 to this event as it progresses.
If we can start a list, that would be awesome! (just so I have an idea how many are down!)

I'm sorry for slacking on this...
I've been over slumped with in-charge assignments at work and taking few vacations with the fam lately --
This gathering is long overdue so let's get the party started@! Aug 22 should be a good go ahead date, wanna make sure mister popular (iceman and his whip isn't MIA you know) j/k..
So we isolated few areas and a suited area in Toronto seems more practical unless we run a poll to show some sort of interest elsewhere..
Can we all suggest a meet area in Scarborough and Toronto location?
I can only think of 2 locations in Mississauga as a good meet and dine location:
The 2 are not far apart from each other (401 and Dixie)
1) The M Club
I went here last week and the place is very urban and hip, tuned for the young at heart and Open mic bands plays each weekend.
Check out:

2) Ellen's Place
I'm a fan of this place as well, great food and live band/ Karaoke every weekend as well.
Let's voice our opinions and make this happen on Aug 22
Cheers

+1 on M Studio..been there a couple of times since I'm friends with a few artists of Minerva Records and visit their gigs whenever I can..it has a decent amount of parking unless there is an event going on.
as for Ellen's, great food (dang, sisig here is awesome!)
not sure about parking tho since it's always packed! lol
