this is true for any car.. honda, acura, nissan ect.. you go with new rims and a low pro tire you will increase our already 4x4 suspension gap. Either wait to put the rims and tires on or deal with the gap.
They pretty well go hand in hand rims and tires and suspension due to the fact you mentioned. The same principle implies, save up enough and do both at the same time.

This is why it makes sense to plan out your upgrades, dont buy rims tires first then....... buy suspension, then rims/tires if your going that route.
