Dan common we have event sponser, product sponsors and some other potential sponsers looking at the forum all of the time and discussing what they see with us.
We are trying to get the club off the ground so we can run with their help for basically everything.

posting a shooting range event is in no way "wrong". Its 100% LEGAL!!! i dont know how it would look bad on TLC's part to have an event like this. but whatever.....ppl get scared or start panicking when the term "shooting" is used. its actually something different than just the usual meets we have.

due to MY understanding, evosoul is the one that deals with all the GB, deals, connection with vendors/dealerships. no?

I really don't wish to continue this but we are trying to make a car club work, it involves certain relationship's we are trying to get vendors involved to support the car club, we are trying to recruit new members to the car club, that whole population might be offended or even scared off, hell even existing members might be scared off. the whole point of my PM was that the post was unprofessional. so I'm really not far off from what I said.

We have to understand situation that we are dealing with, Dans idea about the shootin range is good, but I say that he should have gone through one of the Coordinators that arranges events ( shane) and we could have taken it from that point on, TLC IS is a union where people need to gather and communicate about certain situation i.e shooting range, go Karting, Paintball..etc

esp during the times like now, we have new and old members poping in and want to have events, and dont get me wrong thats a solid idea, but the evom tlc admin has rules and regulation that must commence in order for ideas to be executed, NO one is against anybody, we are all mature adult, and drama is created by missunderstanding, if anyone has anything against anybody, you do not have to communicate with them, communicate to other officers of the TLC and can be taken from that point on.

I Understand what whitelancerGTS is trying to say, and also what everyone else is saying..

you have to remember the whole point of a club. --> members get together to have fun.

i posted up invites cuz ive been there, its really a nice and friendly place. some ppl like cars, some ppl like sex, some ppl like money and some ppl like guns.

its just another opportunity to spice things up a bit. i dont see anyting wrong with it. just like a meet at KC, you can come if you like, or you dont have to. no one is forcing anyone to do anything out of their comfort zone.

but for you to tell me a posting is inappropriate because it is "scary", "offensive" and affecting deals. then turn around saying it has nothing to do with the club image/deals etc. i think thats just biting your own tongue.

and besides, the thread i posted wasnt even an official event planning. whoever wants to read it can go look it up. i even said it, "i just want to know whos interested so i can get some info". its not like "heres the date, time, amount of $$ and whos in?!?!" na mean?

i understand will got some power issued by evo_soul........... hmm

but will should understand where im coming from. i wasnt tryin to make a buck or 2 nor was i trying to steal power from any coordinators. i just want the rest of the TLC to know there IS a shooting range in the GTA and they should go try it out.

if THAT violates the club rules. then **** this club foreal. id rather be a free agent on this forum then getting sh1tted on for not following some UNWRITTEN and UNREASONABLE club rules.
