XenonDepot has it. And everyone who has purchased it I know doesnt have any issues.

someone here mentioned getting some projectors....anyone have any idea where i can get oem projectors? dealership wants 1k for each side...it would cost over 2k + tax for this mod.

here's the best thing I found from my research and paranoia about electrical stuff and hating my DRLs so much, I could only find how-to's that required splicing and soldering, then I found this through the 9glancers, guy is legit and sells them on the 9glancers forum but only deals through ebay:

Not sure if it'll work with RAs and Evo's though, handbreak down and lights on off: no lights/no drl, handbreak down and one turn on the light-dial: city lights come on/no drl, handbreak down and 2 turns on the light-dial: low beams come on, be it HIDs or regular/oem Halogens.
edit: Best part about this DRL bypass/relay, is that it's both a DRL bypass and a relay so you don't need to purchase or hook up two seperate modules.
