okay guys I have the solution for the gap, what I did was, I bought a Sponge rubber Tape (10' to be exact) and taped it along the edges, the tape is soft and already comes with a tape or the other side, so you can easily take it to the diffuser, here are the pics, there are no gaps, but keep in mind that the diffuser in the pics is held by Tape, so when you screw it in, it will tighten even more, and will have Zero gaps, The Sponge Rubber Tape was $7 with taxes at Home Depot

Has anyone used plasti dip in the past? Since it is removable, will it peel off after a while given that this will be close to the ground? I also read that the dirt gets stuck to it easily. I was assuming that the paint it came with would be sufficient, but people are making it sound like it will not be.

Other then that, it should be great. My estimate is maybe 3 cans of pasti dip.
The price per can will be $13 for this may group buy. and after this next supply is done, the final price will settle to 14 to 15 dollars. The higher price will supplement the ordering of the other colors.

Thanks Russkii for the Sponge Rubber tape suggestion.......however despite that the gap in my car is still very noticeable when you are close (looks good when you are several feet away). To cover this gap further, i've used a black moulding I bought from canadian tire. See pics below.
I got the black mesh from Michaels --- its only 69 cents; it is actually a canvas use for sewing....

The exhaust tip was removed before I did the diffuser install---it was not the stock exhaust. I just got an axleback Solo Performance exhaust installed last month and it was setup too close to the bumper and hence the diffuser wont fit if the exhaust tip is attached. I need to go back to the muffler shop (Zorro) to re-adjust and lower the exhaust a bit---note: the exhaust tip was actually welded in, the shop had to actually cut the pipe in order for it to be remove.
