Does somebody wanna settle on a time? Atleast that way people can plan for the bbq.

Whatever time it is tho... remember it is BROCKTOBER! lol

 

I can commit to 2 - 6 maybe 7ish, but I mean out the door done at 7. cause we are staying open later than normal.

 

Let's get some opinions... when would you guys like the BBQ to start?

Yup... the location has been confirmed for JRP.

The only thing we need to confirm now is the time. Looks like most people are free later in the day. But it can't be too late because a lot of us wanna witness BROCKTOBER. lol

 

well this is going to be a semi indoor thing so it cant run till to late. 7pm will have to be the cut off since I would be asking co workers to say late. that said I will make sure we can get some good dialog going on for anyone coming in to ask some tuning questions. a few guys will be on hand to answer serious questions if they come up about the EVO X or the lancer.

my target time is to keep it early, since as you get later in the day, people are going to have other things to do. family stuff, party, bdays, receptions, etc... etc... closer to 2pm is best since its late enough to get people out of bed, and out the door. plus I cant keep the bbq going all day long lol

 

So you wanna make the start time 3pm? Right in the middle of the afternoon to try and accomodate as many people as possible...

It would be good to have an approximate meet time because having 10 people show up around the same time will feel a lot better than 10 people being spread out over a 6 hour window.

 

I don't see why this is so difficult..

It's a BBQ at JRP for everyone not just TLC and TEN..I don't see why the club is trying to schedule a bbq that we're not running..just show up in the afternoon and hang out...

True... but trust me... it'll be better if people show up in the same "region" of time so that we actually have a club feel.

So to recap it looks like the BBQ is at JRP on Saturday, October 23rd at 3pm. If you can't come around that time... then just come whenever you can. I know some people said they were only free late in the afternoon... some earlier. The point is just to hang out anyways...
