^In all honesty, I think for $200, that is decent...as for that dust on wet paint feel? I have no clue what it is. Never had anything like that on my rims. Maybe it just needs more time to dry?
I don't think too many places will take the time to get into that tiny little crevice of the valve stem. I don't think even mine were done...as for that strip that was uncoated, you can go ghetto styles and use a permanent marker and color it in. I had to do that before with my powder coat lol

IMHo the ylook wicked nice.
I think a lot of those blemishes will most likely be covered up by the time they're installed.
For 200 you cant really go wrong. They look almost brand new again.
Honestly - it would be about 100 to rattle can them and they would look nothing close to this
I would rock em for this year - then get them redone another color next season

^ Ask Jan, if its only for dismounting $20 bucks a tire is a bit steep - considering as seanymack said its generally 80 bucks for dismount/mount/balance/install - or thats what I've paid the last two times. Tires23 and Go For Tire - try giving Go For Tire in markham a call.
Maybe workout a deal that you will come back for the mount/balance after for the other half
