where to get AP in GTA for a decent price?
how much did u guys pay for your AP? what are those worth now? and what to look for if buying a used one (something i heard about unmarry to ur car)?

and when you install it, you pretty much "marry" it to your car, and all you the owner thats selling the AP has to "unmarry" it from his car, thats all, no biggy.
cost is usually around 600$, and if i were you, i'd just go get tuned

they don't drop price unless it's version 1, but that's not the case for evo x's guys.
try to look for different forums, you might find your luck there.

The only way to really get a "bargain" on the Cobb is to get one used. As long as you make sure it's un-married from the previous car. Otherwise they are all sold for pretty much the same price. Try PM'ing knightey because I think he was telling me before about a store he knew that was selling them for cheaper than normal.
As for the tunes... once you have a bunch of different mods... you can still have custom tunes made thru the Cobb. And just like a "Off The Shelf" map that Cobb themselves provide... this custom tune can be swapped off the car when you goto a dealership and put back on at your own need.

So are you going to install the AccessPort now or in the spring? You may need to get two maps and run a more conservative one in the winter... and more aggressive in the summer. Or else you may get overboosting in really cold winter temperatures.
