i never had this prob.
only thing is, they didn't put me on speed "3" and told me that speed "2" is the max speed allowed for public karting....some other places put you on the highest speed regardless of the 'rules' lol, it's only a go-kart after all.

if you like go-karting, this is a very good deal..
I literally just got home from GPK - got the same deal like a month ago..
We were only able to do 9 races - it's pretty exhausting!
And yes, I bought another unli-pass before I went home.
It's a good way of relieving stress - for me atleast - altho I'm sore as **** right now..

Since we're a car club... maybe we should have an event here??? Maybe if we get enough people we can negotiate a cheaper rate.

I haven't had people stopping the cars for random reasons... usually there's always something that happened on the track. But maybe it just seemed odd because you weren't on a part of the track that was near the incident?

About the speed... the settings make a huge difference. Maybe if we go as a "car club" they will up it to the highest setting. I remember driving on that setting before... and I had to hold on for dear life when going thru the first corner!

I went to do this on Friday night. You should understand that this is not literally unlimited racing. We only got in 4 races that night. They'll book you for two races in a row. But after that they'll make you come up to the counter for every single individual race you want to do after that. So that can waste a lot of time.

This deal is available anytime. It's regularly $55 if you're not a member... $49 if you are. As long as you do minimum 3 races... it's worth it. But I wouldn't go during a busy time because you'll be waiting waaaaaaaaaay too long.

yeah, Friday nights are usually busy at GPK - reason why they don't do $1 per laps or 2 for 1 deals on this day..but if you go on a Thursday or something, you could get more than 4 races and would not wait for a long time..when I went, it was just an interval of 1 race in between..me and my buddies were able to do 7 races and just stopped right there since it's quite exhausting..

you guys should try Formula Kartways in Brampton - gas powered, I believe..
