Just see how many sushi pieces come out on a plate and then just keep staking your plates once your done a plate and keep them to yourself and then count the plates at the end of it say like 30 mins or 60 min time limit hahaha

 

That only works if you go to like a plate-based AYCE (which idk if the place we are going to is..)
