WTF is with people/our cars lol. First I get hit by a cop..... and today someone backs into my parked car. fml. Parked her at 8am and found this at 630pm. Called the cops clearly the person had backed out of their driveway straight into me. Lucky for me tho neighbour has a house camera and got it all on tape. Fleeing scene. Everything should be taken care of.........eventually. Who knows how long for part+ paint. and if my insurance will change........ ONly time will tell but wtf are people so jelous they have to destroy our beautiful cars?!

 

Damn that really sucks... seems like some people just have terrible luck with their cars.

same crap happened to me. People like that should go straight to jail for a few days just so they can think about it. You cant do that kinda stuff, completely not cool.

 

This happened to my girl friend on Christmas day.. neighbor denied everything even tho my gf paint was on her cruddy civic. Cops couldn't do anything.

 

Something like this happened when I was in college our neighbor who was an old guy smashed my buddies windshield with a mag light when he was outside looking at his electrical box at night and we heard it happen so he ran into his house and when the cops showed up he never answered his door and they didnt do anything! So we bought a trout from Loblaws and threw it into his eavestrough when it was 45 degrees celsius out hahaha he couldnt find it for weeks hahahah

Yeah Everything is stock so it's not too bad. Thank God for that guy video camera or I'd be hooped probably. Went to get some quotes today. Looking like $1700 or so. Dealership says they will "blend" hood too after they do doors and fender. So apparently they just repaint it lol. Also Im being told it is better than our ****ty stock paint so it's kind of an upgrade. Still gotta talk to the girl that hit me. Hopefully she doesn't want to go through insurance and this will be over soon

 

and initialdrew I'll talk to you at the next meet lol. Fun story. Also anyone have any good shops that do good work that maybe I'll check out or you think straight dealership is the way to go?

 

Only go to the dealership if your insurance is fully covering your damage...cause you know the dealership is gonna take it's time and do a good job.

Hey Clint I recommend you go through insurance. Your not at fault so you don't have too worry about it affecting your insurance. If you want a good shop give me a shout and I'll link you with a shop I recommend. And that really sucks I had my car scraped in a parking lot, thank god the moron parked next too me and I got pictures. But hey can always upgrade your fenders now lol.

 

Thanksman yeah the person who hit me has already decided they will be paying with insurance. So everything should be covered by them. Not sure if I get to pick the shop but send me that link might be usefull. and how do you mean upgrade fenders? What would you upgrade lol. cf?
