While I was driving back home from work a friend had asked me if I would ever buy another Mitsubishi. My answer was NEVER. He asked why?

1. Dealerships close by are closing down, the closest one by my house is 80km away.

2. If I ever go to the dealership they have the worst customer service. Some techs do not follow operating procedures. I had gone in to get my car serviced once and I asked him a question related on torques. The flat out tells me he doesn't refer to his manual for specified torques and I lost it. As an aircraft mechanic I MUST follow procedures or I get jail time.

3. The cars look cool outside, inside the cabin is way below the competitors.

4. 10 years 160,000km my ***. they only warranty it if they can figure out what problem you had. Most of my issues I figure out myself with research.

5. Customer service sucks. One you buy your car, they know you probably won't come back anyways so they already got your money.

6. The longer I've owned this, the more I hate it. The first day I got the car I felt blinded, it was my first new car and I was full of joy. As the months went by it just got really noisy inside, maybe because I lost that good new car smell feeling. I just feel nipped everytime I get in. Not to mention I got a few issues that Mitsubishi can't figure out. Example my car won't start from time to time. TPMS throws out false errors. It goes on.

I guess Mitsubishi has been struggling to stay afloat and we can definetly see it through their vehicle's build and their next years line up. That doesn't mean they have to take the cheapest routes. You can also see it through the salesmen, trying to make a sale they're unlike the big boys. They husstle you, like it's going to shut down tomorrow (which could be true).

All in all, I'm not a very happy customer.
