Tire size......

I'm just a rookie in terms of tires and rims. I have 2009 lancer GT. Can I put 215/35/R18?

225/45/18 should also work as well.

it will fit its very low profile. you may notice larger wheel gap, harsher ride, speedometer will read faster as well.

if you're lowered then it will look good

if they are pushing that on you, I would walk away. There are deals for tires everywhere this time of season. But go with a 225 40 18. Its the optimal size for our car and will keep your options open should you want to go to a 18x8 wheel without the need to roll your fenders.

I would stick to 40-45. 35 is so low pro it wont look good it stock height and it'll ride rougher.

There wont be an issue if you dont have TPMS but you will get an annoying light. Dont worry you get used to it. Plus its like a $400 fix to make the light go away.

Can go way bigger than 18x7.5 +45 if you want depends wht you want/are looking for.
I run a 18x9 +37 with 225/40/18 tire.

I find this to be a better calculator than above:
http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

I run 235/40/18 on 18x8.5 +40 rims. No fender rolling required.

this is a great tool. this will also show clearance if you need fender rolling.

only 1% difference in speedometer from 16" to 18". almost nothing.
