my experience at TURBOTRIX

i just got a tune and my tranmission rebuilt at turbotrix, my car drive smooth as it was new and the tranmission feel awesome. Gear slip right in and i recomen basic tranmsion rebuilt by TR to anyone who got above 40k on their evos.

i been into serveral performance shops over my 3 years experience with my evo, almost all of them are recomonded and has good review by car forum like this one but what i learn from this was almost all these posts and reviews are bunch of bull****. they get good reviews from their friends and most bad reviews get delete but all and all, my expericence with turbotrix gave back a postive vibe for this performance shop. Def, doing more business with them again.

Should be seeing them next week for a cam install and tune. We'll see how it goes ! Can't Wait !

btw xxtomxx would you mind pm'ing me the other shops you have been to ? what i've found is that most shops would always intimidate you and make you feel stupid. From all the things i've heard turbotrix is the best when it comes to customer service. I've been to a very popular shop in nj already. When i mean popular i mean POPULAR. you probably know who im talking about but yeah. The mechanics and staff just were out of it. Didn't seem to make you feel welcomed and looked as if they were forced into doing what they are doing. maybe it was my age ?! haha (im 45) So far Keith has been the most helpful and willing to answer my questions/pm's. Bump for TT.

Hah, I got you beat. I'll be 50 this year and I've been doing business with TTRIX for about 5 years now and I am very satisfied. . I also have the ultimate customer service story about TTRIX. They went way above and beyond what should be expected of any shop to help me out.
