In car video from the Orange car

We took the Orange car out this weekend to the Spring Nationals at E-town. We had some issues with clutch disengagement that caused us to miss 2nd gear in the first qualifier and forced us to easy shift the 1-2 on the second pass. We are extremely happy with the way the car ran considering you can hear it completely fall out of boost on the 1-2 shift and it still runs 9.2@160. We will be fixing the disengagement issue and then be headed back to the track with some more boost. We would like to thank the guys from GRS-Motorsports for the kick *** video.

Glad to hear! Cannot wait to see this sucker run at e-town.

Great results, that thing will only get faster

Are 8's just a matter of fixing the clutch/tranny issue?

We are losing atleast 2 tenths from having to shift the 1-2 so slow. That in itself will put us in the 9.0x range on low boost. We are still running quite a bit less boost then we normally run. We made a few changes to the motor and the suspension setup so we are trying to dial that in before we turn it up. We have been working with IndyEvo on the suspension and he has helped us out a lot. We cannot thank him enough. It is going to take some more passes to get it dialed in but I am confident that the car will keep getting faster as we keep going to the track. Both 60fts on Saturday were 1.46 and 1.47 and should only get better as the season goes on.

Thanks. Yeah, that Hatch was running strong all day. I was getting use to lauching with the stage brake so Fernando was killing me on the tree. He was cutting .0xx lights all day.

Fingers crossed, Indy is a huge asset to anybody trying to go fast, he will help you guys make it happen!

Best of luck getting the suspension dialed in, its a huge variable in the drag racing formula and I don't think many people have spent a lot of time trying to get it right for our platform.

160mph and more boost to come....yay!!!

Good job Keith and TTR

How come the car bounces a bit off the line? Are you still tweaking your suspension?

Nice job guys. Suspension is huge we spent an entire winter dialing it in our our car including using some custom coilovers built just for our drag car. The end result was a straight and stable pass. It was the big missing ingredient for us running 8's consistently. I am sure you will be running them too in no time at all

Thanks Vin. Yeah we are still tweaking the suspension. Its a slow process as we make one change at a time. A few more trips to the track and she should be good.
