I dont beleive the Evo need alot upgrades. Just refreshing now and again as they wear. A Stage 4 Shep tranny for a DSM has factory EvoIII gear clusters in them, the correct 3/4 fork from an Evo or certain 91 AWDs and center diff gears that have tgo match.

I would refresh since its already gonna be out. I would suck to have to pull the trans out right after you put in the BR shorty!
We do them for the 05's and 06's as well.

VWJeff has an 06 and can attest to how different it feels from stock as well as many others.

For more in depth info I recommend everyone to contact Daniel directly and speak with him as he is the one who does all the tranny work.

This is also the same tranny that is ran in our 8sec drag car, David's low 9sec RS and the slew of other 9sec & 10sec cars that we build.
gotcha...I figured there might be more to it than meets the eye, thanks Jrod

My RS only has our standard Stage 1 trans in it, in case anyone needs a reminder, the car run's consistent 9.5's and a best of 9.42.

Once I get the bushwacker transmission upgrade, I was told I might as well get the clutch replaced at the same time... what do you recommend?

Mods are stroker with GT35... vehicle is for time attack

thanks in advance

I called to set up an appointment ...asking if someone can stay a lttle late on a friday for me to drop the car off... but I was told basically no and was also told not open on saturdays either.

Im coming from NC (I think its over 10 hours away) pulling a 24' trailer with a little kid (single parent)

I guess I'll have to call back and ask for the boss and see if he can work with me!

I really prefer the work be done in house at Buschurs vice me sending a tranny in the mail and having someone else install
