After reading that you'll ship us the new product and allow us to exchange at our convenience then I'll definately be a pre-order. Please let me know when you add the "Pre-Order" link on your site.

If this is true...I'm all in for it. I mean I love the kit I received but man with customer service like this being offered and great products on the way?..who can say no. Rich keep up the good work. Orbital has my vote

i honestly don't know as of yet. it's going to depend on how much support we have for the revision.
if we require an exchange, we'll do it at the customers convenience - you receive the revised parts, install them, and send back the old stuff...alternatively, if support is adequate and no exchange is necessary - you will be free to do as you wish with the older kit.

Vote: YES to continued progress with this kit. Definitely a future addition which has to be done. Props!

you can visit our site (www.orbitaltechnik.com) for photographs of our kit.
unfortunately, i will not have any photos to post on the reformed version we're currently discussing since i'm just getting a feel for the demand.
i would not have any photos of a final product until we completely move forward with the new manufacturing process; and as per my posts in this thread, i'm afraid that won't happen without your commitment in advance.
