Very nice product! This product is long overdue, so props to AMS for being the first to release an application specific oil cooler kit!

I have a few questions:

1) Is this an ADDITIONAL Oil Cooler Kit? Or does this REPLACE the OEM oil cooler.

2) What core are you guys using? Setrab? Mocal?

3) Do you have any installed pictures?

um, no? 5 & 6 speeds do not have coolers from the factory like this. You are possibly thinking of an automatice trans, which the Evo 8 & 9's do not have either.

I assume (...and that can be bad ) that you have to modify the cooler duct for a good fit against/around what appears to be a larger core?

We will have installed pictures shortly

This is a replacement

I don't think they are releasing the core MFG at the moment

We would recommend it if you want to utilize the duct as much as you can

nice kit...
if this was out earlier this yr I would have bought it instead of buying the greddy.

Nice price as well...paid $600USD for my greddy oil cooler kit.

I would love to know which core is used. You can pm it to me if you would like.

I don't want to shell out money for a nice oil cooler kit only to find out its some cheap B&M core or something along those lines.

Thanks guys.
