HeadGames cylinder head rebuild package..FREE SHIPPING!!
You can certainly get your head rebuilt by Uncle Johnies Feed and Speed down the street, or you can send your head to HeadGames! We are offering for a limited time, free shipping on our for U.S. customers TO HeadGames and we will even include the box!! Just stick your cylinder head in the supplied box, and tape the supplied label and bring it to your UPS store..it's that easy. And for those of you who are closer to a FedEx/Kinko's we can include a label for you as well. Sorry, but you guys will have to pay return shipment. Typical charges are $30-40 for ground UPS anywhere in the US.
we are also offering a rebuild package for $500
The rebuild package includes(illustration shown for viewing pleasure)
First the head is disassembled (Tiffani is demonstrating disassembly on a RB26 head we did for Performance Audio and Sound magazine)
The head is put in our Sunnen spray washer, to get a thorough cleaning
The head is then strapped into our Sunnen SGM-1500 seat and guide machine..
4 angle valve job on the intake, and a radius valve job on the exhaust. What makes us different from most local machine shops is we have the capability to flow test our valve jobs and continuously try to improve upon them. All valve jobs are hand blended into the bowl for added CFM gain. Typical gains are 25-30cfm on the intake, 15-20cfm on the exhaust. So your not just paying for machine work, you will see a gain!
We have not dyno'd this combination, only flow bench results.

You also have the option for $200 for manganese bronze valveguides installed... The guides help dissipate heat, and reduce friction over the stock cast iron guide. The bronze guide will also not break if the piston and valves decide they wanna kiss like the frail factory cast iron guide.
Stock valves cleaned and refaced....$65
Now that the head has gotten a trick valvejob, it is then put on out Sunnen/DCM milling machine to straighten the deck. Accurate within a half a thousandths of a inch makes it one of the top machines on the market! Used by many Nascar teams..

The head is then cleaned and assembled....using your supplied parts, or we are also a dealer for most of the popular valvetrains on the market. We also price match! So, if your upgrading your springs, instead of buying tools and getting a back ache you have a option. New valve seals are installed at no charge.

It is then packed and given to the HeadGames Motorworks UPS hero of the day Liam and back on it's way to your doorstep! Typical turn around for rebuilds is 2-3 days.

All of this is included in the full port..full port includes the maganese valve guides as well. That is $1299 with out parts and range from $1899-2599 depending on the application and valvetrain selected.
We have a 6000 series Ferrea/Beehive port package that has been real popular.

yup...that's to rebuild the head. Porting is 14-21 days
The head ported is $1299..it includes the above rebuild package with the bronze valve guides installed as well.
