Well I run 28psi daily with my .63 a/r Gt3076r on 93 and water/meth injection. I am not completely sure if the car was running correctly but I just dynoed the other day at 392whp on a dyno dynamics. I would like to bump that up about 50-75whp more. I will never run crazy high boost so the 6 blade don't matter for me then, I am just looking for the most power on my pump and meth setup at maybe 30psi max, but at the same time I would assume the smaller wheel would spool a hair faster so it would be better in that regard, but then you said the 7 blade made better power earlier than the 6 or was it just it would be equal?
I think the 5857 in .82 housing may be the ticket for me and hopefully at the same boost and timing I will see a nice gain. I am also putting on a larger plenum intake manifold and 65mm throttlebody from my stock 60mm, so hopefully I will be set then.

Unless you want to rev to over 8.5k, the .82 is going to be a waste. The larger plenum and TB will already net you over 20awhp. I had the same dilemma and went with a .63 5857 journal. Will make plenty of power from 4-8k, perfect for the street. The 5857 is only rated 2lb/min less than the 6057. No reason to run a 60/82mm wheel over the 58/75mm wheel for what you are looking for

Any updates on this thing? I can't find crap anywhere on the internet of people using this turbo with some kind of results.
Force-Fed are there any plans of dynoing at a lower "daily driver friendly" boost level (high 20s or something like that) when you guys get around to it or just at crazy high 40psi levels on race gas?
