Just started getting things up. Space for custom O2 housing is very tight with the A/C compressor there, and the wastegate outlet has to be modified because it can't fit with the radiator in place. It seems that the CT9A's have a little more room to work with.

Break in is complete.
David Buschur supplied yet again a PERFECTLY built head/2.0 for this build since the customer put a hole in his block. Normally we build every single motor that gets put in here but in this case the customer needed a solution quickly and it certainly helped our quickly growing relationship with Buschur racing. Car will hit the dyno tomorrow around 3PM for tuning. All i can say right now is Babi has the car cruising/idling perfectly with the stock ECU and the car is a absolute MONSTER at 20psi with no timing or mivec adjustments whatsoever and gets into boost almost identically to FP reds that we tune a ton of.
We will have a complete build thread with the customer with pics and vids
BIG THANKS TOO
David Buschur for a GREAT 2.0 block
A QUICKLY supplied head
ETS/Michael@ETS for an amazing turbo kit
STM for a great oil cooler setup
Babi Berrios(crewdawg130) our tuner for spending two days data logging and street tuning to make great startup and driveability
STAY TUNED!!!!

JUST got home from the shop and tune on the 5857 is not complete. I left my camera and Flip video on my car in the shop and will get it tomorrow. Here is the break down
Car previously was tuned with a FPred/meth with kelford cams
We took timing out of the car of course and baselined it at 19psi
@19psi this badboy baselined almost 380whp with NO timing or Mivec adjustments and only revving this motor to 7k.
After chasing down some boost problems with the lines we moved to 25psi where the car quickly put down 420whp making 25psi around 38-3900. STILL no timing/mivec adjustments just getting into some fuel with the new 1200 PTE's.
We cranked it up to 29psi and revved to 7800 and the clutch just COULD NOT hold on.
****BIG DEAL HERE is this 5857 hit 29psi at 4k RPM it is a friggin mad dog.****
Problem is the customer had a Brand new ACT clutch installed in the car recently before the build. We explained that the clutch would not hold it for long and looked perfect when we took it out.
I NEVER would have guessed that it would just burn it up like it did at that RPM. So we pretty much NEVER got into any timing/mivec mapping and the car will be returned to the customer perfectly streetable with no slipping issues at 20psi with 420-430whp.
Very sorry to everyone who was waiting for results in power but there is NO DOUBT in our minds this clutch can make more power and odviously spool extremely faster than a 35R.
But showing where the turbo can make 29-30psi at 4k is very important and may give people the info they need to choose this turbo for a very nice/strong street car.
Customer will wait and save up for a exedy triple that i originally reccomended and will come back for install and a full out blast on the dyno.
On a side note, our own time/attack car with the 5857 and our own in house build will not have any issues as he will be on a double pumper 1450 injectors E-85 and a Carbonetic carbon twin.
His build also differs in the fact he has a 4" ETS intercooler, 3"UICP, Boomba TB, DI intake manifold, and ceramic coated pistons/cylinder head.
Stay tuned guys for the vids and info on the car we did today in the build thread.

no offense but you guys suck at getting dyno numbers! It is always one problem after a ****ing another. I'm done even paying attention to anything you say from here on out. Thanks!
