We have quite a few guys who love the quarter master on their daily.. I have never driven one myself other then my tilton carbon which was no issues other than rebuilding frequently for street duty..

They hold just fine yes but QM is TERRIBLE in traffic and need to rebuild after like 10-15k. there is just no reason to run a 7.25 clutch on the streets when you can just run a triple exedy and have perfect driveability and still hold the power.

Dont get me wrong tho. We have had both QM and Tilton on the track and NOTHING, shifts like they do

How the heck are you seeing 25psi at 3800rpm, especially not even being tuned with no timing? I didn't even see that with my .63 a/r GT3076r (saw 22psi at 4200rpm) and now with my 5857 (journal bearing) I see 22psi at 4600rpm and my car is also a 2 liter, not an Evo but still a 2 liter (83mm bore, 92.8mm stroke) and I am even using a log manifold which should spool sooner! I am seeing around 12* of timing in the 4000rpm range and peaking at around 18* after like 6500 or so running 93 and meth injection.

This car is on a built 2.0 with 9.0:1 compression and a BR head

9.0:1 Static or Dynamic compression?

this particular car will be back very very soon(we hope this week) for final tuning. We already have a exedy twin sitting here waiting on the car to get back for install and tuning

is the cutomer going to run it to achieve a certain whp in mind or a set limit of boost? and what twindisk is he getting? sd or hd? iam sort of in the same boat, well atleast soon enough.

Easy there. I'm as excited to see what this turbo does as you are. And really, that's the topic of discussion. The characteristics of the engine will play a roll in interpreting the results, but the difference between static and dynamic compression wouldn't cause enough of a discrepancy to skew the over all findings to the point where angry and sharp posts are justified. Ultimately everything force fed is doing is out of kindness. It would be nice to return the courtesy.
